Mrs. Beatty was without a doubt one of the kindest, most gentle women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She became Jim's "mom" after his own mother passed away, and that's what he always called her. A total sweetheart, she loved me and our children, and never failed to open her arms to us. I was honored to call her friend and she will live forever in my heart.
