Timothy E. Holland “Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather” Allegany—Timothy E. Holland of 4115 S. Nine Mile Road, lot 11, Allegany, passed away Monday (August 11, 2008) at the Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA, surrounded by his loving family. Born February 25, 1959 in Salamanca, NY he was the son of Eugene and Evelyn Saylor Holland. On January 26, 1980 in Salamanca he married Kathleen Ras, who survives. Mr. Holland was a graduate of Salamanca City Schools. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, umpiring softball, as well as being outdoors. Surviving besides his wife are their children Jennifer (Andrew) Randolph of Portville, Jessica and Timothy Holland at home; a grandson Blake Randolph; a sister Constance (Eugene) Hahn of Salamanca; a half brother Glenn (Holly) Warner of Virginia; a step brother Gary Warner of Chicago IL.; a step sister Cheryl Schmittendorf of Great Valley; many aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, his step-father Harold Warner and a brother-in law Ed Schmittendorf. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Road, Olean. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday (August 15, 2008) at 11am. Rev. Richard Husted, OFM, pastor of St. Bonaventure Church in Allegany, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Inc., 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
