Gertrude L. Nolder
Salamanca, NY—Gertrude l. Nolder, formerly of Buffalo St. in Olean died Wednesday (April 11, 2007) in The Waters of Salamanca Health Care Center after a long illness.
Born October 21, 1916 in Pittsburgh, PA she was the daughter of Frederick and Myrtle Painter Langs.
Mrs. Nolder was a longtime resident of Olean and worked at Angee’s Restaurant and the former Der Hut Restaurant.
Surviving are 1 son Jeffery (Carla) Wakefield of Olean; 1 daughter Nancy (Lanny) Keil of Sunnyvale, CA; 3 granddaughters; 1 grandson and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters.
At Mrs. Nolder’s request, there will be no visitation or scheduled services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
