Obituary of Terry B. Harris

Terry B. Harris “Loving husband and father” Bolivar, NY—Terry B. Harris of 7794 County Rd. 40 died Saturday (August 11, 2007) in Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY after a short illness. Born October 24, 1947 in Wellsville, NY he was the son of Daryle F. and Marian A. Elliott Harris. On September 27, 1969 at St. John’s Church in Olean he married Carol A. Fusco who survives. Mr. Harris was a graduate of Bolivar Central School and then served with the US Navy Seabees during the Vietnam War from 1965 until 1969. Upon discharge from the military in 1969 he began working at Dresser Rand in Wellsville and was still employed there at the time of his death. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Surviving besides his wife are 1 son Alex Harris of Cuba; 1 sister Marsha (David) Garza of Galveston, TX; 1 niece Valarie Rhodes of Gainsville, GA and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother in 1979, his father in 2000 and a brother Dana Harris on July 8, 1991. There is no scheduled visitation or funeral service.
