ETHEL C. ROSENBLOOM HALLANDALE BEACH, FL - Ethel C. Rosenbloom, formerly of Olean, died Tuesday July 1, 2003 at her residence in Hallandale Beach, FL. Born in Syracuse, NY on August 15, 1913 she was a daughter of Simon and Leah Glass Crulick. On April 4, 1934 she married Morton Rosenbloom who predeceased her in 1968. Mrs. Rosenbloom lived in Olean, Geneva, NY and Hallandale Beach. She was a former member of Temple B'Nai Israel, Meadowbrook Chapter Hadassah, Hallandale Chapter B'Nai Brith Women, Hope School Hollywood Chapter and Hallandale Jewish Center. She is survived by two daughters; Libby (Arnold) Rubenstein of Fayetteville, NY and Judy (Joe Fortunato) Rosenbloom of Memphis, TN, one son; Harvey (Ethel) Rosenbloom of Geneva, NY; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren and one sister, Ida (Sanford) Shapiro of Rochester. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by sisters Rebecca Friedman and Dorothy Silverman and one brother, Alec Crulick. There will be no public visitations. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday July 4, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean. Rabbi Charles Shalman will officiate. Burial will follow at B'Nai Israel Cemetery, Olean. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Hallandale Jewish Center, 416 NE 8th Avenue, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 or to Temple B'Nai Israel, 127 S. Barry Street, Olean, NY 14760
