Alex Michael Smith
Olean, NY—Alex Michael Smith, infant son of Sandra Acevedo of 1208 Washington St. died prematurely Wednesday (June 21, 2006) in Mercy Hospital, Buffalo.
He is survived by his mother of Olean; 6 sisters and brothers Joey George, Michelle George, Clark George, Sherry George, Scottie Acevedo and Abreea Acevedo, all of Olean; maternal grandmother Carmella Hulbert of Olean and paternal grandmother Tina Chapman of Eldred.
He was predeceased by a brother Santiago Acevedo and a maternal grandfather Merle Hulbert.
A private graveside service will be held Tuesday (June 27, 2006) in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
