Obituary of Mark Jonathan Swick

Mark Jonathan Swick Kingsport, TN—Mark Jonathan Swick of Kingsport, formerly of Olean died unexpectedly Friday (September 8, 2006) in Kingsport. Born October 17, 1979 in Olean, NY he was the son of Ronald Jerome Swick and Jacqueline Oldro Swick. On September 2, 2000 in Kingsport, TN he married Andrea Cross who survives. Mr. Swick was a graduate of Olean High School and had resided in Kingsport since 1999 where he had worked in the medical field for area hospitals. He loved spending time with his family, especially his sons, and also loved riding his motorcycle. He will be remembered as one who enjoyed working with people at his job and as one who enjoyed helping children. Surviving besides his loving wife are his mother of Limestone; his father of Jamestown; 3 sons Jonathan of Kingsport, Dakota of Wellsville and Marcus of Jamestown; 4 brothers Ron Swick of Bristol, TN, Ryan Swick and Matthew Swick, both of Limestone and Chad Doner of Syracuse; 1 sister Samantha Swick of Limestone and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean today from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held Thursday (September 14, 2006) at 11:00am in the funeral home. Rev. Andrew Haskins, pastor of the First Free Methodist Church of Allegany, will officiate. Burial will be in Steamburg Cemetery in Steamburg, NY.
