Lenora J. Fox
OLEAN - Lenora J. Fox, formerly of Olean died Sunday August 24, 2003 at the Cuba Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Cuba, NY on January 14, 1916. On April 4, 1959 in Portville, NY she married William Fox who predeceased her April 10, 1983.
She is survived by three sons; Glenn (Honey) Alvord, Jr of Sarasota, FL, Dennis (Mary) Alvord and William (Mary Ellen) Fox, Jr., both of Olean; one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
There will be no public visitations. Graveside services will be private at the convenience of the family at Mt. View Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Cuba Skilled Nursing Facility or to St. Vincent !DePaul. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Rd., Olean.
