Randy was an angel. He did a lot of work for my mom, Marge Nevins, and she loved him. He was very patient and listed to just what she wanted, always made it happen. Her beloved huge rocks he brought her are still in the front of her house!
I know they are now catching up in heaven. I hope his family finds peace as time goes on.

On behalf of the Olean Girls Softball League and myself and my husband Rob VanHoutte we wish to send out deepest condolences to Randy’s family. He helped out down at our softball fields when Rob and I were part of the organization. He was always willing to step in and lend us a hand when we needed it. He was one of my favorite customers at the bank and always had a smile for the girls at the drive thru. He will greatly be missed by so many. Take comfort in knowing he was loved and liked by many and is fondly remembered.

Jean- I am heart broken for you. I have so many great memories of Face. Our shenanigans at Richardsons, our school days and Crossroads. One thing I will NEVER forget and am still shaken by was the time we were in the car at the 4 corners and unbeknownst to me he crept up on our car then banged on my window. Scared me half out of my wits. Always wanted to get even with him. He was such a good guy, could always make me laugh and I know you will miss him terribly. Please know Bill and I share in your sorrow and hope you find peace in your memories. Face - we love you and thank you for some great times to remember. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Bill and Sharon Sick

Dear Jean, Randy was such a big presence where ever he was. People were drawn to him. He had a way to tell stories that were entertaining. He will be missed. We're sorry for your loss, it is a loss shared by many people. God bless you.

Randy was an employee of mine 40 odd years ago at PEPSI-COLA Bottling of Olean. He was a great worker who never complained and took on any job assigned to him. I would have to say one of his many attributes was his work ethic which he demonstrated time and time again by his enthusiasm. I knew quite early in his employ that he would eventually go on to bigger and better job opportunities. I'm sure he turned into a good husband and father and I was proud to have known him and watch him succeed over the years. Surely he will be thought of often and missed by his extended family.
