I will never the Christmas that we Ed and Steve rode in our car with our Rottweiler to Flo’s house. I rode in my sisters car since we were all traveling from North Carolina for Christmas and we didn’t heave enough car space. Our dog bit Flo’s dog which was chaos and then my sister got mad and left New York without me so we had to rent a car just to get back home but we all enjoyed our Christmas at Flo’s as usual.

Uncle Steve, man where do I even start....when I was younger and lived down in north Carolina I only really seen Uncle Steve when we could come up to visit, he was around when I was really young but to young to remember ... as soon I moved to New York Uncle Steve became a big part of my life, not only did I get to see him as an uncle more often but also as a boss and even at times a household member, I'm so thankful to have worked by his side and learned so much from this man....there were times we butted heads but as I got older I realized he wasn't as cold hearted as I used to think.. but that he actually had a heart of gold and 100% of the times we butted heads it was only because he loved me and knew better..... I used to think he gave me a job so he had help, but in reality he gave me a job so he could help me.... he always made sure I had money in my pocket and food on the table for my family... I wish I could have realized that sooner and thanked him for it... but there will always be a part of him that lives in me because of that.... and il always be able to ride by so many different places and see the things that we built together with our own hands and I'm thankful for every single one of those memories.
