Dear Stan, Lindsay & extended family:
We were sorry to hear of Sara’s passing. Our sincere condolences to you, Stan & Lindsay. You have lost a wife, mother and best friend. I worked with Sara at McGraw Edison back in the ‘80’s. I immediately thought, what a funny, straight shooter she was. I use to go to her for advice and good conversation often. Sara was a dedicated worker, but she specialized in planning fun company events, raffles, Christmas parties, etc. she was a “Jill” of all trades! As the years passed, we always remained friends. After our families moved away from the Olean/Allegany area, we continued to exchange Christmas cards for over 30 years. I will especially miss her witty sense of humor, her celebratory personality, her devotion to good friends and everyone that knew her. She was always in forward motion to be involved and be present. Peace to you Sara. You are now without pain and free to be that same lively person in Heaven that you have been on earth. God certainly welcomed you with open arms!! People will always speak kindly of you. Our hearts are broken, along with many others, but we will smile every time your name is mentioned in a crowd. RIP dear friend of ours. ~xxoo
