Obituary of Phyllis M. Boisvert

Phyllis M. Boisvert Olean, NY Phyllis M. Boisvert passed away Friday (December 2, 2016) at The Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Olean after a lengthy illness. Born June 6, 1949 in Olean she was the daughter of Clayton and Janet Bizzaro Lippert. She was first married to Edward Foster, Sr. of Olean. They divorced and she later married Robert "Bob" Boisvert who predeceased her. Phyllis attended Olean High School and after moving to South Florida she began employment as a manager for Tenneco Oil Co. She then began working for Walmart in Florida, then Jamestown, NY and most recently in Olean where she retired due to ill health. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Olean and enjoyed walking as well as collecting porcelain dolls. Surviving in addition to her former husband Edward are 4 sons David (Laura) Lippert of High Springs, FL, Edward (Deanna) Foster, Jr. of Olean, Chris (Robin) Foster of Randolph and Mark (Melinda) Foster of Conewango; 11 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; 2 sisters Priscilla "Syd" (Richard) Boser and Linda Jones, both of Olean; 1 brother Joey Lippert of Olean and several loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by a brother Clayton Lippert, Jr. Friends will be received on Monday from 4-7pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. Visitation will continue on Tuesday (December 6, 2016) from noon to 1pm at which time funeral services will be held. Pastor Steven Beattie of United Pentecostal Church will officiate.
