We were both saddened to hear of your mother's passing. We remember her beautiful eyes and gentle smile, how hard she worked, how self-reliant and practical she was and how she brought up two daughters to be as poised and intelligent and graceful and quietly confident as she always was. The Amato family were wonderful neighbors and your mother and father remain in our memories nearly fifty years later. We hope her later years with grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her joy.
