Sandy is greatly missed at City Hall. She was always cheerful no matter what she was dealing with. Always ready to lend an ear. I know she is in a better place and will be watching over her family in years to come.

Though we lost touch I have never forgotten the wonderful memories we made together. Especially I will remember how much fun you made Halloween for the kids as we would work diligently in the basement and make it scarey and fun.
