Jane A. Montgomery Limestone, NY Jane A. Montgomery of 585 Parkside Drive passed away peacefully Saturday (April 5, 2014) at the Bradford Ecumenical Home in Bradford, PA after a short illness. Born September 6, 1923 in Hornell she was the daughter of Walter and Mildred Stephens Knight. In April 1942 she married Walter Montgomery who predeceased her April 23, 2006. Mrs. Montgomery enjoyed being a homemaker and was blessed with raising a family. She was a member of Creekside Chapel in Allegany. Surviving are her four children Michael (Candy) Montgomery of Texas, Linda (Paul) Priggon of Rochester, Robert Montgomery of Limestone and Marsha Mascioni of Limestone; 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 1 sister Margaret Newton of Tampa, FL; 4 nephews and 2 nieces. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by 2 brothers. Friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Saturday (April 26, 2014) from 10-11am at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A memorial service will begin at 11:00am at the funeral home. Rev. Adam Stein, pastor of Creekside Chapel, will officiate. Burial will be next to her husband in Allegany Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Creekside Chapel, 2523 Five Mile Rd. Allegany, NY 14706 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
