Obituary of Jennifer Peters

Jennifer L. Peters Allegany, NY Jennifer L. Peters of 627 Four Mile Road passed away Saturday (May 11, 2013) at the Olean General Hospital after a brief illness with her loving family at her side. Born June 8, 1981 in Olean she was the daughter of Thomas and Cynthia Rouse Peters. Ms. Peters was raised in Hinsdale and attended Hinsdale Central School. She took great pride in being a loving Mom and was always available for all her family. She also loved animals and was a Number One Buffalo Sabres fan. Surviving besides her parents of Hinsdale are one son Thomas "T.J." Moore of Allegany; the longtime love of her life William Knell of Allegany and his two children whom she adored as though they were her own Allie Knell and Dean Knell; a sister Ashley (Timothy) Baire of Irmo, SC and her children Adysen Baire and Jacob Baire; her paternal grandmother Norma Gallagher of Allegany; her maternal grandfather Ralph Rouse of Florida; a paternal aunt Kim (David) Kwiatkowski of Olean and maternal aunts Kathleen (Steven) Harris of Hinsdale and Jodi Morse of Florida. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral and committal services will be held Wednesday (May 15, 2013) at 11:00am in the funeral home. Associate Pastor Charles Eddy of Fresh Fire Worship Center in Weston's Mills will officiate. Burial will be in Hinsdale Cemetery, Maplehurst. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
