Brian P. Barth Allegany, NY Brian P. Barth of 2936 Five Mile Road Lot 18 passed away Friday (March 2, 2013) at the Olean General Hospital after a long illness. Born October 12, 1963 in Olean he was the son of Douglas and Audrey Main Barth. Brian was a graduate of Cassadaga Valley High School and always enjoyed travel. He lived in many areas in the country and has resided in Allegany for the past number of years. He worked as a cook for area restaurants and he enjoyed listening to music and worked as a disc jockey for a while. He enjoyed animals, visiting with his family and taking pictures. Surviving besides his mother of Allegany are three sisters Cathleen Kearns of Ft. Worth, TX, Theresa (Robert) Wiabel of Blue Springs, MO and Lisa (David) Springstead of Olean and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father in 2007 and a brother Steven Barth. There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held Friday (March 8, 2013) at 2:00pm in the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Online condolences may be expressed at oleanfuneralhome.com.
