Randy J. Spring
Allegany, NY Randy J. Spring of 4115 S. Nine Mile Rd. Lot 54 died Thursday (November 22, 2012) in his home, surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Born April 5, 1956 in Olean he was the son of the late Judson Spring and Frances Semelsburger Wilber. On June 29, 1997 he married Diane Passero who survives.
Mr. Spring was a graduate of Allegany Central School and was a lifelong resident of Allegany. He worked on several local family farms and later worked as an automobile technician for O'Laughlin, Inc. in Great Valley.
He was an avid hunter who also enjoyed NASCAR, stockcar racing, camping, four wheeling and his family. He was known as "Dewman" to his close friends.
Surviving besides his wife are a son Dakota; two brothers Phil (Carol) Spring and Dana (Toni) Spring and one sister Angie (Monty) Howden, all of Allegany and several nieces and nephews.
To honor Randy's wishes, there will be no funeral home visitation. Friends are welcome to join the family for a memorial gathering to celebrate Randy's life Tuesday (November 27, 2012) from 6 to 9pm at the Allegany Community Center. To leave an online condolence, please visit oleanfuneralhome.com.
