Tom was my banker and he was of great help when I started my business in 2007 and was always there for me. He will be greatly missed. Please know his family will be in our thoughts and prayers. He spoke of his Mom often and I enjoyed those conversations. In appreciation for all he did for me. Nancy Brewer

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Tom's friends and family. As a StellarOne customer, I became acquainted with Tom over the past several years, during which time he became the face of the bank for me. I am saddened by his death and will very much miss working with him.

Dear Quinn Family: So very sorry for your loss of "Quinny". He and I attended Olean High as classmates. He was always up to "something" and his dry, wry sense of humor always left everyone wondering just what was going on. I have not seen Tom since he left the community for Va., but will fondly think of the laughs we had. God Bless all of you at this difficult time...~andy boser

Quinn Family- Tom was a ray of sunshine and grew to be a friend to everyone at Mill Creek Store in Charlottesville . Tom came in every morning and afternoon. We would always talk and laugh together at the "crazys" the world had to offer. He always had a smile and kept us laughing at the store. We were all shocked and send our condolences to the family. God has just one more angel. Tom will be missed and never forgotten. God Speed Tom !!

Quinnie, I met you at Cuba Lake for our summer visits to Mark's sister. You always greeted us and asked about our kids. I always enjoyed your witty e-mails that you sent to Mark. Your kindness, love and fun will not be forgotten. God bless you!
