Sheila, to you and your family - My heart felt sympathies. What a shock. We didn't see the Allegany relatives often, but everyone has always been in my heart. I will remember Jim as a gentle, caring person - always with a smile. Susie Riehle Rose (daughter of Vince & Loretta)

Sharon and all the Bockmier family. I am so saddended to hear that Jim has passed. It was always such a pleasure to come chat about unusual trees and I'm so grateful to him for researching to identify that weird weeping tree as a Camperdown Elm and then going out of his way to find where they could be purchased and bringing them here. His memory will live on in so many of our yards for years to come.

Sheila & Family, My sincerest sympathies to all of you. Jim was always such a personable man - a joy to talk to. I remember talking to him after his 50th class reunion last year. He said he had a great time re-uniting with old classmates - some for the first time since graduation. May God hold him in the palm of his hand. And may God comfort you in your loss. Carolyn Hemphill
