Olean- Thomas N. Blair of 717 Main Street, Olean, passed away Saturday (February 11, 2012) at the Buffalo General Hospital, after a brief illness. Born April 14, 1951 in Olean, he was the son of Howard and Mary Seigel Blair. On August 14, 1976 at St. Joseph&amp;#39;s Maronite Church in Olean, he married Marian Harris, who survives. Mr. Blair worked as the Human Resourses Manager at Dal-Tile of Olean where he had been employed for thirty-nine years. He was a dedicated father, husband and friend and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking and spending time outdoors. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children Bill (Heather Urish) Blair of Dillion, CO., Maria Blair of Colorado Springs, CO., one brother Richard Blair of Aiken, PA and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road on Monday from 4-7pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 9am at the funeral home. Rev. Gerard leFeber will officiate. Memorials if desired may be made to the Olean Rod &amp; Gun Club P.O.
