jack was a good boss as well as a friend. he taught me a great deal over the years. there will be a hole in our mcdonalds family but he will always fill our hearts. he told me often to be ready to take over the store but i had no idea how soon he ment it. i dont know if that is in the cards right now but if i ever do i will run it to make him proud. our thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys ...Linda Sweet

I am the rep from McDonald's USA. I had the good fortune to work with Jack from time to time on my visits to the Cuba McDonald's. He was a professional, likeable, friendly, caring, and dedicated individual that I enjoyed spending time with. He was a good manager and well liked by his employees and customers. My sincere condolences on your loss. He will be missed.

I am truely sorry for your loss. Jack was such a great guy to know and work with. I worked with him at McDonalds and he was always a favorite of mine and many others. He was so funny and nice, helped me out anytime I needed, was laid back and caring, he was Jack and thats what made him so great!! He really made work better! He was my boss but it was more than that, he was a friend. He will never be forgotten and he is already missed. I am so glad to have known him and glad I have so many memories to cherish and think about. He still puts a smile on my face when I think of the many good times, and I know he would love to hear that. My thoughts are with your family during this hard time.

To Mrs. Guay, and all of "Jack's" family. We have known Jack for about the past 13 or 14 years. Both of our daughters worked for Jack and both always held him in high regard, as do we. Jack was very good to our children and he touched our hearts by being so. We will fondly remember his pleasant manner and warm personality, and will miss him greatly. Diane, We will always be here for you and the boy's! We loved Donnie very much and will miss him dearly. Last time I saw him was at Ma's funeral and told him we would be up to visit............You never know that the last words you speak could be the true last! We love you all, please be safe!
