Obituary of Elnola Willover

Elnola J. "Noni" Willover Allegany, NY Elnola J. "Noni" Willover of 1440 Four Mile Rd. Lot 10 passed away Tuesday (December 21, 2010) in the Olean General Hospital after a five year battle with lung cancer. Born March 26, 1938 in Pomfret, NY she was the daughter of Lawrence and Shirley Shaw Kilmer. On November 25, 1975 in Bradford, PA she married Darold "Darry" Willover who survives. Mrs. Willover was a 1956 graduate of Olean High School and had worked as a store clerk for the former Big N Department Store, the former W. T. Grant Co. and later for 13 years for K-Mart as a layaway manager, retiring in 1997. She then worked part time for the Allegany Park and Shop Deli. She was formerly active in area bowling leagues, enjoyed trips to the casino, and along with her husband she traveled on bus trips to various destinations around the country. Surviving besides her husband are 3 children James Kamery, Kevin (Theresa) Kamery and Debra Sutherland; several grandchildren; one great granddaughter; four brothers Carl (Jean) Kilmer, Robert (Debra) Kilmer, Lawrence (Amber) Kilmer and Paul (Susan) Kilmer; 3 sisters Deanna (Milton) Stalnaker, Sandra (David) Adams and Brenda (Barry) Voll and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Scott Gaylor in 1982; an infant daughter Barbara Jean Kamery; one sister Kathleen Kilmer and one brother Charles Kilmer. Friends will be received at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean on Sunday from 5-7pm. Funeral services will be held Monday (December 27, 2010) at 11:00am in the funeral home. Rev. Dan McDowell, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Olean, will officiate. Burial will be in Allegany Cemetery. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Olean General Hospital's Intensive Care Unit.
