I was very blessed to have her as a teacher at Ivers J. Norton Elementary before she was married. She taught me alot and taught me to believe in myself that through God I could learn so much. I admired her a great deal and saw her on many occasions and her smile always warmed my heart. Her genuine spirit and caring heart was and will still remain forever in my heart. I will miss you Linda but we will see each other again someday. You put up one heck of a fight but you did so with dignity and admiration so that others have hope. God bless you. I am sorry for your loss Arnold and to your sons as well. May you now rest in peace Linda!!

Dear Linda's Family, I am deeply sadened by Linda's passing. I had the privilege of working with her last year when I was Director of Special Education. She was a true professional in every way and I so loved the way in which she was dedicated to her students. I am so sorry for your loss. I did not get to work with Linda very long, having recently moved to Allegany Elementary from Limestone Elementary. However, Linda was very welcoming to me, making me feel at home before I even got there. She will be greatly missed.

I worked side by side with Linda as her teaching assistant for 5 years. We developed a very close bond and thought of her as my second mother/best friend. She gave me guidance and strength that I will carry with me forever. I have learned so much from her and decided to go back to school for education because of her inspiration.
