Obituary of Aubriana M. Gayton

Aubriana Michelle Gayton Olean, NY--Funeral services for Aubriana Michelle Gayton, 3, of 119 S. 2nd St. will be held Saturday (January 3, 2009) at 1:00pm at Rock of Revelation Church 1009 Griffin St. in Olean. Rev. Jay Gilbert, pastor, will officiate. Aubriana died Sunday (December 7, 2008) as a result of injuries sustained in a house fire at her parent’s residence. She was the daughter of Rachael Mehmel and Cecil Gayton. Surviving besides her parents are her brother Raemont Gayton and her sister Aaliyah Clark; her maternal family, including her grandmother Kelly Cassady of Wellsville; her grandfather Peter J. Mehmel of New York; a special aunt and uncle Maria and Christian Parks of Olean; a Godmother Venita Ellis of Olean; 3 uncles Alfonso Flores, Jr. of Olean and Jesse Clark and Jamie Clark of Scio; special cousins Kiana Parks, Kiara Parks, Khristian Parks and Marques Parks and several maternal aunts and uncles. She is also survived by her paternal family, including 2 aunts Vivian Thompson of Cleveland, OH and Gloria Allen of Bradford, PA. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Dixie Stainback and Harry Gayton. Her brother Jamar Alfonso Gayton perished in the house fire with her.
