I knew Father Bede in Japan, but he was originally from Ellicottville and so was my Mom. He said a Memorial Mass for my father when he passed away. I’ve been sending him Christmas cards and have seen the decline in his handwriting. May God keep him in His hands and comfort his surviving family. God Bless
