Mary Ann Foster

Olean, NY Mary Ann Foster of 301 N. 1st St. passed away Tuesday (May 29, 2018) at the Olean General Hospital after a sudden illness.

Born February 9, 1948 in Salamanca she was the daughter of Clarence F. and Helen Mungillo Hanna. In 1988 she married Harold Foster from Bolivar who predeceased her.

Mary Ann worked at the former Dudley Hotel in Salamanca from 1970 to 1983 and again in the early 1990's.

She was a member of the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels and was a cat lover who always enjoyed the company they provided.

Surviving is a daughter Elizabeth Hanna of Olean.

Friends may visit at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Rd. in Olean on Friday (June 1, 2018) from 9am until time of services at 10am. Rev. David Tourville, associate pastor of the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels, will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Salamanca.
