Obituary of Stefany Perry-Blackwell

Olean- Stefany Perry-Blackwell, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday (May 7, 2026) at Olean General Hospital. Born January 27, 1982, in Olean, she was the daughter of Kevin Blackwell and Susan O’Connell, who both survive. On May 23, 2016, in Olean, she married Krista Perry-Blackwell, who survives. Stefany was a 2000 graduate of Olean High School. She was the owner of Dream Clean in Olean. In her free time, she enjoyed sports, relaxing, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. She had a deep love for her animals and would find joy in their companionship. Stefany's most treasured moments were spent with her family, especially her nephew Cooper. In keeping with her generous spirit, she was an organ donor, helping others after her passing. In addition to her wife and parents, she is survived by a stepson Noah Blair of Olean; a sister Sommer Blackwell of Olean;her nephew, Cooper Young, and a much-loved sister-in-law, Jennifer (Harry) Raub. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Nancy Blackwell, great-grandmother Catherine Snopkowski, and a sister, Tiffany Blackwell. Friends will be received Sunday (May 10, 2026) from 11 am to 2 pm at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Road, Olean. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Pastor Paris Maine of Epic Church will officiate.
