Our deepest condolences to the family of Dona Ward, especially to Mellissa, Heather and John.
We have fond memories of our time with your Dad and Mom during Dave's career "up-to-Clarks" including our stay in Japan and as "round-the-corner" neighbors and friends in Allegany.
We are saddened by Dona's passing, but take comfort in the fact that we had the opportunity to know her and enjoy her friendship while she was here.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. We will always remember Dona fondly and have wonderful memories of the times spent with you all, over the years!
With Love, Dave & Sue

To Dona’s family. My sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. She was a great lady and friend. I met her in 1959 when Dona came to Olean to visit Jack Ward. Jack was a good friend of mine and we shared an apartment with a third bachelor. I was honored to be their best man when Dona and Jack were married in 1960. My friendship with Dona and Jack continued until I moved out of the Olean area in 1974. Only saw them sporadically after that. I was shocked when Jack passed in 1981.
Got to spend good times with Dona when she was the breakfast hostess at the old Holiday Inn. Stayed there during several work and family visits to Olean. Thankfully, I did get to see her briefly once after moving back to Olean in December 1913. She was the same impressive lady I met over 50 years ago.

My heart is breaking knowing that this beautiful woman has left her earthly home. She was another daughter to our mom, Peg Tupper, as she made her weekly visits to see her on Clarence Street, Eden Heights and The Pines! She was so much fun to sit and talk with, and always interested more in what the other person had to say. She worked tirelessly for her church and so very humble. Melissa, Heather, John and her grandkids can be so very proud of their mom and her legacy. You’re all in my prayers for comfort.

Dona was a real live wire. Always in on our jokes, adding to them and having a great time. She definately made an impression on anyone that had the fortune to know her. There was no one else like her and that's an understatement. She will be missed. My deepest sympathies to all. -Mikel

Dear Melissa, Heather and John,
As the youngest daughter of John Molik, I had the lovely pleasure of getting to know your mom this past year. Everything you say about her is exactly how I knew her to be, especially her joyful, infectious laughter. She was an intelligent, kind, funny, interesting, classy woman who was beautiful inside and out and we will miss her very much. My husband Fred and I send our thoughts and prayers to you all for your loss.
Sincerely,
-Kathy Sarazin
