Obituary of Patricia Murrin Kehoe

Patricia Murrin Kehoe Olean, NY-- Patricia Murrin Kehoe of 410 Madison Ave. died unexpectedly Wednesday (August 21, 2002) in F. F. Thompson Hospital, Canandaigua, NY. Born March 28, 1921 in Olean she was the daughter of Robert E. and Cecelia Delany Murrin. On September 21, 1950 in St. Joseph’s Old Cathedral in Buffalo she married James E. Kehoe who survives. Mrs. Kehoe attended St. Mary’s Parochial School and was a graduate of Olean High School, St. Bonaventure University and Katherine Gibbs Business School. She was a member of St. John’s Church in Olean and the Bartlett Country Club. She enjoyed playing golf, bridge, tennis and skiing and had a lifelong enjoyment of dancing. Surviving besides her husband are 6 children Kathleen (William) Knight of Port St. Lucie, Fl, Mary Fay, Sheila Kehoe, Adrienne Kehoe and Ann Tredway, all of Olean and Colleen (David) Ball of Greensboro, NC; several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 3 brothers John D. Murrin, Adrian P. Murrin and Robert E. Murrin. Friends will be received today (Friday) from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A prayer service will be held Saturday (August 24, 2002) at 10:30 in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am in St. John’s Church. Msgr James Kelly will officiate in the absence of Msgr. William Wangler, pastor. Also concelebrating will be Rev. Nicholas A. Rossello. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials, if desired, may be made to St. John’s Church.
